Starring something is not a decision. This page turns the pile into one: what each project actually is, what it costs to run, what its licence really permits, whether it can be sold to a client, and whether it should become a skill. Duplicates are collapsed, so one project appears once even if it was both starred and forked. A Cloudflare cron re-reads GitHub every six hours — anything new is picked up and classified on its own. The old jakesparow account is suspended and its stars cannot be read back, so its forks were recovered a different way: from local clones, each upstream confirmed by matching the clone's root commit.
